4.2 Access to digital programmes is granted via download or secure link following confirmed payment.

4.3 Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be provided once access has been granted unless otherwise required by law.

5. Physical Products

5.1 We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.

5.2 All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse any order.

5.3 You agree to provide accurate shipping and billing details. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
