Again the loads prescribed aren't suggestions. They're requirements for the adaptations you want. Mesocycle 1.0 will have felt manageable. Mesocycle 2.0 will feel challenging. Mesocycle 3.0 will hurt... BUT by Week 12 you will be forged you into something different. This isn't just about cardiovascular capacity.
